The Benefits of a Cloudy Day

I love an overcast day for taking pictures. Some might consider cloudy days dreary, but they can be great for lighting in portraits, and I'd take clouds over a clear sky any day for landscape shots.
Whether it's a sky dotted with big, puffy clouds that add visual interest . . .

Or a completely grey sky that makes greens really pop. . .

There is a bright side to a cloudy day.
